SSL TLS Settings (Windows Ver.)

Internet Explorer 8.x and higher

1. Click on Tools in the Internet Explorer menu,
2. Click Internet Options(0),
3. Click the Advanced Settings tab,
4. Check Use SSL3.0, and Use TLS1.0 in the security items,
5. Click Apply,
6. Click OK to finish.

Mozilla Firefox
How to check Firefox SSL/TLS settings (External Site)

Google Chrome
1. Click on the Chrome menu in the browser tool bar
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on Display Advanced Settings
4. Click on Change Proxy Settings under Network
5. Click Settings
6. Check each box for Use SSL3.0 and Use TLS1.0
7. Click Apply and then OK

Google Chrome

1. Click on the Chrome menu in the browser tool bar
2. Click on Settings

Activate JavaScript (Windows Ver.)

Internet Explorer 8.x or higher

1. Click on Tools (T) in the Internet Explorer menu
2. Click Internet Options (0),
3. Click the Security tab,
4. Check that the internet mark (globe) is displayed and click on the Default Level button (D). If you cannot click on it, then the default level has already been selected, so please move to step 5.
Or you can try the following:
I. Click on Customize Level, and go to Security Settings and open Internet Zone.
II. In the script items, enable Java Applet script, Active Script and Allow processing for pasted script.
III. Click the OK button, and you will be asked if you want to change zone settings. Click 'Yes'.
5. Click OK to finish.

1. Click on Tools in the Menu
2. Click on Internet Options
3. Click on the General tab
4. Click on the Delete button in the viewing history
5. Check the box for Cookies and Web Site Data, Internet Files and Web Site Files and click Delete.
 * Un-check the box for "Keep Favourites Data"
6. Click OK once deletion has been completed.
