A. Please check that you have correctly entered your email address, check your input settings and make sure that there are no blank spaces before or at the end of the address.

Q. I want to add a service, but I get a message saying "Cannot Login" and am logged out.

A. Please visit here and clear your browser cache. Also confirm your browser settings.

Q. I have changed my email address and can't login anymore.

A. If your email address is no longer available, please login to FC2 ID with the old email address and change the email address in [Edit FC2 ID] section. You will be able to log in to your account with the new email address next time.
