Q. The two-step authentication login page does not appear on my account.

A. In such a case, your account does't need to be verified. However, we recommend checking here to prevent unauthorized login.

Q. I haven't received the email with the authentication code.

A. The code will be sent to your FC2 ID registered email address. Please check your email spam folder as emails from us may have been blocked. Please be sure to add [noreply@id.fc2.com] to the email safe list.

Q. I got multiple emails.

A. The code will be sent every time you attempt to login. Please enter the newest code to the authentication page.

Q. I deleted the verification code email.

A. Please attempt to login again and wait for a while. A new code will be sent to you.
